Mike Brown, Architect

Mike Brown is a graduate of the Oklahoma State University  in Architectural Studies (1977), and has been a licensed architect in the state of Texas since 1983. His past experience includes work for Irby Bass and Associates in Stillwater, Oklahoma; park design and construction for the Stillwater Park and Recreation Department; Dailey/Coats home designers in Tulsa, Oklahoma; and L. M. Holder Architects and Planners in active and passive solar design and construction.

Since 1983 he has been self-employed, specializing in custom home design and small commercial projects. He has been a founding partner for Venture Four Architects, and Brown, James and Pfeiffer Partners.

Mike Brown is a member of the National, State, and Local chapters of the American Institute of Architects, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and a member of the Austin Board of Realtors (designated Realtor).
